Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with every order. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Missing product

Refund processing time

  • Online payment: 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: as per support verification
Perishable items may not be eligible for refund unless they are damaged or incorrect.
